Rob founded Westgate Sports Agency in 1992 and has been at the core of Welsh sport as a writer, editor, author and PR consultant for more than 35 years.

After time spent as a rugby and athletics writer, he moved to the Sunday Express before leaving to establish Westgate Sports Agency as the leader in its field in Wales.

Supplying national newspapers, magazines and the regional media, Rob extended the agency into PR, acting as a strategic consultant for the likes of the Welsh Rugby Union, European Rugby Cup Ltd, the Celtic League and Run4Wales.

Possessing an unrivalled expertise across the breadth and history of Welsh sport, he is also a long-time trustee of the Welsh Sports Hall of Fame.
