Despite a dodgy knee and being the wrong side for 40, he still harbours hope of a late call up to the next Wales squad. While waiting, he regularly plays for the Wales fans' teams on Wales away trips, raising money for the Gol Cymru charity.

Mica is a Great Britain bobsleigher and Winter Olympian. She is also a social media expert, growing her TikTok following to 480,000 and her Instagram to 35 000.
She is experienced at providing a behind-the-scenes, access-all-areas style social media for European athletics and the International Olympic Committee at events such as the European championships, Team Champs, and Youth Olympic Games.
She has also worked for Sports Wales, Eat Sleep Media, and BBC Wales as a presenter and co-commentator and recently co-commentated on the Beijing Winter Olympics for Eurosport.

Graham is a sports journalist and broadcaster who has worked in Welsh sport for over 30 years.
With a background in newspapers, he moved into radio and TV with the BBC, before working for Sky Sports News and co-founding the Welsh sports website, Dai Sport, a winner at the 2020 Wales Media Awards.
A former Welsh Sports Journalist of the Year and BAFTA Cymru programme winner, he has worked as an editorial consultant with a number of Welsh sports organisations, including Welsh Gymnastics and Swim Wales.
